The Jewels Box is a monthly jewlery subscrition box and it works in 3 simple steps.

- We'll design, craft and ship you 2 jewelry pieces
- You'll unbox, glam up and getr eady for compliments every where you go!
Each month, you'll receive two gorgeous jewelry pieces designed in our Toronto, Ontario studio. Each set is usually valued around $110 - $125 CAD. You'll also enjoy a rotation of minimalist or statement pieces you can wear daily or for special occasions, curated in your metal of choice.
Our jewelry pieces are stainless steel plated with yellow gold, rose gold or sterling silver. 100% lead and nickel free, suitable for those with allergies.

Yes. There is a commitment term for, 6 or 12-month plans upon sign up.
No terms for monthly plans, so you can pause, skip or cancel anytime.
We accept the following payment cards for subscription plans and gift store products: Visa & Mastercard, Visa Debit, American Express, Discover, Diners, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
All orders are subject to GST plus HST, based on the following provincial rates - 5% (GST) in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Yukon.
- Ontario is subject to 13% tax
- Quebec is subject to 14.975% tax
- British Columbia is subject to 12% tax
- Newfoundland and Labrador is subject to 15% tax
- New Brunswick is subject to 15% tax
- Nova Scotia is subject to 15% tax
- Manitoba is subject to 13% tax
- Saskatchewan is subject to 11% tax
- Prince Edward Island is subject to 15% tax
Your card is charged when you first purchase a subscription or buy a one-time box or a gift. After that, all subscriptions will be billed on the 15th of every month.
We do not accept any responsibility or offer refunds for “auto-renewals.”
You will be automatically billed once your current subscription of 1, 6, or 12 month expires unless the subscription has been set to cancel prior to your final payment date in your initial commitment.
If you do not cancel your subscription prior to your renewal, your subscription will automatically renew.
6 and 12-month commitment plans can not be cancelled until the end of the term.

Absolutely, you're fully in control of your subscription, you can pause, skip your monthly subscription box plan or cancel it anytime.
You can also skip ONE box at any time during your 6 or 12-month commitment plans.

Yes. You can add a subscription to your cart and check “This is a gift” at checkout.
Choose the length of their subscription (most gift subscriptions are 3 months) and whether or not it will automatically renew (most are non-renewing).
You can leave a gift message which we’ll deliver with the box.
Be sure that you correctly enter your billing address but THEIR shipping address.
Your first box is shipped around the 30th of the month.
All future boxes are automatically charged on the 15th of the following month and shipped around the 30th.
With the increased volume of parcels, we are currently experiencing longer wait times for delivery, but it’s worth it (and we appreciate all the mail carriers!) All orders must be placed by the 15th of the month in order to receive that month’s box.
At this time, we only ship within Canada and the US.
All boxes ship at a Canada-wide flat rate of $8.99 each month.
You will also get a tracking email or SMS when your item ships.
We do allow you skip boxes in between your plans, so you can receive your boxes every two months instead. Just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your account information and we'll take care of the rest.
- AVOID DIRECT CONTACT WITH PERFUME, BODY LOTIONS, HAIR SPRAYS OR OTHER CHEMICALS.
- REMOVE YOUR JEWELRY BEFORE GOING TO BED.
- AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT, HEAT OR COLD AND KEEP AWAY FROM HUMIDITY.
- REMOVE JEWELRY WHEN BATHING, SHOWERING OR SWIMMING.
- REMOVE JEWELRY WHEN PARTICIPATING IN PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, E.G. CLEANING /GARDENING/EXERCISE.
- CLEAN JEWELRY AFTER EACH USE AND OCCASIONALLY WIPE WITH A SOFT CLOTH.
- JEWELRY SHOULD BE STORED AWAY SEPARATELY IN AN AIR-TIGHT JEWELRY BOX.
Yes there is a 90 day extended warranty applied to all your jewelry pieces. Eligible repairs or replacements will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Email us at hello@jewelswithintention and we'll look in to any issues for you.
You can manage your subscriptions by accessing your accounts page and entering your email address and the password you received when you signed up - https://checkout.jewelswithintention.com/account
We make it easy. Monthly rolling subscription plans can be cancelled anytime. Email us at email@example.com before the 10th of the month and we will take care of it for you.
If you have committed to a multi-month subscription ( 6 or 12 months) and have boxes left to receive, you will be billed for & shipped the remaining boxes.
Upon completion of your subscription, you will automatically be cancelled. If you request to cancel before the end of the initial commitment period and if you still have boxes left to receive, you will be charged for and will be shipped the remaining boxes. Then upon completion of your original commitment, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
For example - If you sign up for a 12-month subscription and have paid for 8 boxes you will be charged for another 4 before your subscription finishes.
There is a cancellation fee of $165.95 for subscriptions that need to be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances.
You must cancel your subscription before the 10th of the month.
All cancellation requests received after the 10th of the month will apply to the following renewal. More details can be found in our subscription policy.
We have a 30-day, hassle-free return policy. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, we’ll get you set up with a full refund within 30 days of receipt. We unfortunately, can’t refund worn pieces. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
