Where we ship

We ship across Canada only, from our studio in Ontario. We don't ship internationally at this time.

When boxes ship

  • Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of each month.
  • Boxes are packed and handed to Canada Post shortly after billing.
  • Tracking is emailed by Canada Post the day your box leaves the studio.
  • Gift shop orders ship within 2 business days.

Rates & delivery times

  • Flat $8.99 CAD shipping anywhere in Canada, 3–7 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD.
  • Remote postal codes (Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, parts of Labrador) may take longer.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees once the parcel is with the carrier.

Duties & taxes

Applicable GST/HST/PST/QST are calculated at checkout based on your Canadian shipping address.

Lost, stolen, or damaged

If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email hello@jewelswithintention.com within 14 days of the ship date with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We'll replace the piece or refund the box.

Returns & exchanges

Each box is curated specifically for the month, so individual pieces from monthly boxes are final sale. If something doesn't feel right, message us — we'd rather fix it than have a piece sit in a drawer.

Gift shop orders may be returned in unworn condition with original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less return shipping. Earrings and sale items are final sale for hygiene and pricing reasons.

Our guarantee

If a piece ever arrives faulty, tarnishes within the first 30 days under normal wear, or clearly doesn't match its description, we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.
