These Terms of Service govern your use of jewelswithintention.com and the Jewels With Intention subscription service, operated by Eco Luxury Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a contract in your province or territory.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
Pricing & currency
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST), which are added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Subscription billing, commitments, skips, and cancellations are described in detail in our Subscription Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Product description & availability
We curate two coordinating pieces per month. We do our best to make photos accurate, but slight variations in colour, finish, and stone characteristics are part of working with handcrafted, natural materials. If a piece ever falls short of what we promised, we'll make it right.
Intellectual property
The site, brand, photography, and written content are owned by Eco Luxury Inc. and protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, scrape data at scale, or interfere with our systems.
Disclaimer & liability
The site and service are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable Canadian law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights in your home province.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
